Return Policy

All sales are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary concerns and reasons.

Unfortunately, due to nature of our products and Covid-19 issues and concerns we are unable to offer returns. All sales are final. The Royal Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns at anytime.

We only offer refunds by store credit; We do not refund money under any circumstances and shipping fees are Non-Refundable).

If the customer receives a damaged product due to (manufacturing issues), we will take full responsibility for the product once we receive evidence to support the customers claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as lip scrubs, cosmetics, or makeup tools), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
